The Ceramics Museum in Caldas da Rainha, officially created in 1983, is dedicated to the ceramics tradition in the region. It is housed in the old Visconde de Sacavém Farm since 1981, nearby the Bordalo Pinheiro Factory (ceramics).

The 19th century mansion is surrounded by a romantic style garden with alamedas, flowerbeds, flower pots and the outdoor auditorium. The house is decorated with different kind of ceramics from 16th to 20th Centuries tiles, statues and ceramic architectural elements, such as, dragon-shape and boar-shape gargoyles on the Mansion's facades.
