Colonsay House is for over 100 years in the hands of the Barons Strathcona and is considered to be one of the finest rhododendron gardens (12ha/30acres) in Scotland. The gardens are open to the public.
Colonsay Estates is run as a family business by its current owner, Alex Howard, who lives on Colonsay with his wife and family.
