Castles & Country Houses, Event, Film & Wedding Hire, Gardens & Parks, Museums & Art Centres
Valtice (Feldsberg) Castle's history goes back to 1193 and came into the possession of the Liechtenstein family around 1390, where it stayed until its confiscation in 1945. The castle and park are on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

From the 1970's on, serious restoration works started and are still going on, also with the help of EU funds. Certain part can already be visited such as  the private chambers of Lichtenstein princesses on the first floor, the Riding-Hall, the late baroque (classicist) theatre, and the Baroque Chapel. The visitors can also admire a unique collection of family theatres owned by the Moravian Museum.

The extensive park includes the Belvedere Mansion, Diana's Temple, the Colonnade and a Herb Garden.

There is also a wine-tasting Wine Salon that is open to the public all year round showcasing the best one hundred wines located in the cellarage of the Valtice Castle.

Valtice Castle is also a venue for film & photo shooting, cultural, corporate and private events, such as concerts, receptions, weddings...
