Kelmarsh Hall was built in 1732 for William Hanbury, a famous antiquarian. In 1902 George Granville Lancaster bought the estate, which later passed to his daughter Cicely in 1967. She later established the Kelmarsh Trust to safeguard the estate's future after her death in 1996.

The House and beautiful gardens (refined by Norah Lindsay, a friend of the famous Nancy Lancaster) are open to the public and a venue for corporate and private events, such as receptions, weddings...
